I first heard Richie Dohoney at a marketing conference a few years ago. Like every other jobber I know, it was my feeling that we were doing most things right, we didn’t really need his services and besides… he’s really expensive!
After many phone calls, I finally gave in and agreed to four days with Richie… one for each one of my stores. I put my number two person with him and at the end of the first day I got a call from my guy who asked me “What was I spending for Richie?” I replied, “a thousand dollars a day plus expenses.” At which time my guy said, “Best money we’ve ever spent!”

If I can say one thing, it would be that until you go through the process you don't know what you're missing. I mean, we all think we know the process is being done properly, but I think a majority of stores don't have the audit process in place. I know we didn't, and after just going through one store's Battery Defect sheet it was becoming painfully obvious that we needed to listen and make some serious changes.
Not only will these processes save you from losing thousands upon thousands of dollars but it's going to make the store run so much smoother.
I would also tell someone who is hung up on cost that you can't afford NOT to take this session. You showed us what we thought we knew, and I know that because of working with you we now have the roadmap to a better business. Thanks again for your time and help in opening our eyes!
